Hi Brent,
I run two Asrock ION 3D's (with the dvd drive)

No problems running 1080p with vdpau high profile, I have them
connected via HDMI and everything runs smooth.
They are also pretty quiet, I did put an SSD in one and made bootup
very quick, but otherwise there wasn't much difference.
