Same here in Northern NY... I gave up hope long ago that TW will 
change...I made contact with the FCC and they are just as useless..The 
only thing that will make them change their ways is competition ..We are 
in line to get FIOS...When we do, I think a lot of people will leave 
TW... I don't know if Verizion is any better,but they surly can't be any 
worst...
