Then delete the broken rule and re-create it properly.  Or use 
mythfrontend to create the rule (I have no idea if there was some 
MythWeb specific issue with that back in the 0.23 timeframe).  And make 
sure you're actually using 0.23-fixes, not the 0.23 release tarball or 
the pre-0.23-release snapshot that was including some distros.
