In mythfrontend's Watch Recordings screen, you can select the recording 
and press MENU|Recording Options|Change Recording Title (on 
unstable/development, it will be "Change Recording Metadata").  On 
0.24-fixes and below, it allows you to edit the title and subtitle 
(episode title).  On unstable/development, you can also edit the 
description (although the description is placed in a multi-line text 
area, and since we don't have a multi-line text area widget, it's 
basically a single-line text box that doesn't scroll well, so it's 
difficult to use).
