[mythtv-users] No video or audio

I'm brand new to MythTV, and I am having trouble getting live tv or
recordings to work.  I have a Pinnacle PCTV HD 800i card, which others have
apparently used successfully with MythTV.  I've attached a link to the
"grab" of my log files below.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I've tried various "card type"
configuration (V4LI and MPEG-2) on the backend, and can't get a picture.
