Wow.  Just wow.  I'm amazed at the level of ignorance here.  I mean,
yes, if you pulled 10 random people from a shopping mall and asked
them what a cable card is, I'd expect 9 to not know, but I would have
expected better from a Comcast employee.  Don't they train these
people?
