It will use the most-direct path for streaming the file. Each backend
and frontend will know which file systems are local and which are
remote, and the frontend will play directly from local drives, use
mythproto streaming from a backend with local drives (even if that
backend is different from the recording backend), and failing that, use
NFS from the frontend, or NFS from the backend, if necessary.
