I'm not sure that it is true in the OP's case that the ":" isn't part
of the title.  On a wild guess, it might work to preface the ":" in
the title pattern with a backslash "\".  For example:
     program.title LIKE "Goście\:%"
to see if it would match programs like "Goście: odc.5".

Nothing ventured, nothing gained.  The OP wouldn't be any worse off
than at present.
