There are a number of MCE Blasters out there that work, but what I think
Jarod is trying to say here is that this is a kernel problem that has
already been fixed, but Ubuntu hasn't incorporated the change yet. If you
can wait a little longer to upgrade then you most likely can keep using your
current hardware.
