I do seem to have the driver working ok, I also see it active in X desktop settings.

In X, Nvivia X Server Settings say 'you do not appear to be using the nvidia x driver' etc.

In livna screen, I see the nvidia-173-xx driver installed and seems to be running.
Supported configurations: Disable All, AIGLX,Xgl
Recommended configuration" AIGLX

I've not had the time to keep searching on getting this working using the input I was given in another thread.

# dmesg|grep nvidia
nvidia: module license 'NVIDIA' taints kernel.
nvidia 0000:01:00.0: PCI INT A -> GSI 16 (level, low) -> IRQ 16
nvidia 0000:01:00.0: putting AGP V3 device into 8x mode

# lspci
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation NV34 [GeForce FX 5200] (rev a1)
02:01.0 Multimedia video controller: Conexant Systems, Inc. CX23418 Single-Chip MPEG-2 Encoder with Integrated Analog Video/Broadcast Audio Decoder

Have to run for an hour or so, sorry if I goofed something in this.
