This won't fix myth and AC3 volumes too quiet ; it just let you use
some ALSA plugins to do the same.

Seems that Myth used to have some patches in ffmpeg in the past that
would increase the volume level for AC3 . They aren't there anymore.

Not too sure on the best way to fix this ; it's most likely a ffmpeg issue
