[mythtv-users] Strange scheduling behavior: duplicate events in "Upcoming Recordings" in MythWeb

I just noticed that "The Event" was scheduled to record 3 times simultaneously on November 8th, Twice using the same tuner on
the same channel, and once on an SD version of the same channel.

I changed the visibility of the SD channel to not visible, and "The Event" was then scheduled only once. But, "House" is now
scheduled twice on the same channel on the same tuner at the same time.

There are a total of 21 upcoming recordings shown on this page, and none of the others are duplicated like this.
