[mythtv-users] 0.24RC1 and audio

Hello All,

I just compiled and installed 0.24RC1. In the previous versions of
myth I was using ladspa to normalize the audio since each tv tuner
card had varying levels by adding this and some other statements to my
.asoundrc file.

 pcm.ladcomp {
      type plug
      slave.pcm "ladcomp_compressor";
  }

I'd then set myth to use ALSA:ladcomp. Looks like myth is doing
something different by looking directly for the audio devices and not
the pcm devices so I can't get this to work. Anyone have a solution?
