[mythtv-users] After editing cutlist, menu shows symbol for commflagging

HI!

After I edit a cutlist, that show gets the "commflagging in progress"
symbol in the Watch Recordings Screen.

But commflagging is not in progress (and should not be).

I only noticed this just now, so it could be a new bug introduced in the
last weeks.

Using 0.23.1 fixes svn 26437.
