[mythtv-users] Partial import of 0.21 database into 0.23.1

I appologize if this has been answered before.  I did try searching
but was not able to find anything.

I am currently running version 0.21 (Mythbuntu 8.10).  I have decided
to build a new box with 0.23.1.  As part of the fresh install, I would
like to import some of the database but not all.  I mainly want the
recording information and scheduling information.

Is is possible to import the 0.21 database into 0.23?  If so what
tables to i need to export?
