I only found it by accident.  There are keys bound by default: ">" or
"." goes forward and "<" or "," goes backward.

The same keys are also bound to the FFWDSTICKY and RWNDSTICKY actions
which is why my remote had those keys mapped in the first place.  One
day in the Watch Recordings screen my fat fingers hit the wrong button
whilst scrolling and I never looked back!

And it does cycle in a loop so if you are really short of buttons on
your remote you can get away with only one button and taking the long
way around.
