I had lots of problems with my PVR-150 until I turned of CPU frequency scaling. May want to try that just in case.

I just sent an updatethis morning  concerning my errors: In this case I found that it seems to be problems with using XBMC as the FE. It used to work in .21, but I'm guessing that some changes have been made in Myth which have not be replicated in XBMC, rendering XBMC unsuitable for watching live TV.
