[mythtv-users] HD Homerun Recordings Randomly Breaking

I just started having problems with my HD Homerun recordings. At seemingly 
random times, the frontend will report that recordings are in progress. But 
attempting to play the recording will report that the file cannot be found. 
Mythweb reports a zero sized recording. Last night, trying to record House, 
the backend log shows:

And then tonight trying to record Glee:

I have gone to Live TV and gone to each tuner and checked every configured HD 
channel. I setup test recordings using every tuner at the same time. 
Everything works fine. The channel frequencies and program IDs are configured 
correctly and have not been moved by Comcast.

I also have two DTAs connected to a PVR-500 and one HD-PVR doing component 
recording from an STB. They don't have any problems.

My two HD Homeruns have been solid and reliable for years. This seems to have 
started when I upgraded from 0.23 to 0.23.1 recently. I am running the latest 
-237 packages from ATrpms which are based on SVN 26437.

Does anyone have any ideas?
