More like 20 minutes. 

There are already major changes, I have been able to go an entire evening without watching anything except internet-
delivered IP TV, for days on end. Netflix helps a lot, and you can even get CNN and the like live for free (at lousy 
resolution, but how much does the news need?).

The real problem is that if everyone starts doing this sort of thing, the infrastructure might well collapse. With ISPs 
starting to impose caps, and Apple trying once again to ride along on someone else's infrastructure, the system may not be 
able to handle it.

I can watch many IP-based TV channels on my Blackberry, but only because I have an unlimited data plan, which I understand 
they are not selling anymore.
