Good point.

I wondered about trying to use a Broadcom somehow, but I'd still need 
PCI Express, or have the same problems as a PCI card if it was fed off 
PCI somehow.

I just hate to buy parts that are not very future proof (standard PCI 
video cards), the 939 stuff is obsolete already, but I already have it.

I'll probably just do software decoding, the Opteron 165s should be fast 
enough.
