[mythtv-users] - Unreliable EIT-based recording schedules?

Once again a recording schedule has failed. This has happened once
before. Both schedues were made by selecting a particular program in
"Listings", left clicking and selecting "Record only this showing".
Then I checked that  it was listed in "Upcoming Recordings".
Other types of Search types (Title search) seems to be more reliable in
my experience.

The mythbackend.log had no entries related to the particular program -
why it failed.
How can I find what went wrong and save the falling WAF factor?
