As already said, all a quad/octo/whatever LNB does is allow you to 
connect multiple receivers. Because of the way the signals are 
arranged (high/low band, horizontal/vertical polarisation), you can't 
just split one feed between multiple receivers (at you would with a 
terrestrial TV aerial) as then they'd be limited to all using the 
same combination of band and polarisation.

Myth will just treat multiple tuner cards as just that - more than one tuner.
