Yep, that's what I see to some extent, although mine is behaving
better since I rebuilt the package I was using from source (which
is strange because the way I built the source package should have
produced something pretty much identical to the binary package).
Before doing that, my backend was crashing while generating
preview images.

I'd report a bug, but I'm not sure what is at fault.
