Why are you commflagging BBC channels?  I mark them as commercial free
(because they are) in order to reduce the work the backend has to do
deal with on a daily basis.
Sorry but I can't comment on your playback issues, I have a TeVii S460
and Hauppauge HVR-3000 that both work flawlessly without issue on
those channels.
