Yes. That's the place.
Check Separate Mode For GUI and TV
For GUI set your desktop resolution (or any other You want).
For Video Output some decreased value.
ex. Two times smaller than GUI.
If that helps check some higher resolution and again until You will find
greatest acceptable resolution.
That can be not cure if your hardware is to weak for decoding stream
(ndvidia vdpau would really best solution).
