Two ways:

1) You can visit the mythbuntu PPA to view this information

2) It should be in each of the binary packages in
/usr/share/doc/PACKAGE/changelog.Debian.gz

eg you should be able to zcat
/usr/share/doc/mythtv-common/changelog.Debian.gz | less to look at it.

It looks to me that 'C' in aptitude does not view that file, but actually
connects to changelogs.ubuntu.com to fetch the changelog.  For example, on
pwgen I watched it fetch from
http://changelogs.ubuntu.com/changelogs/pool/main/p/pwgen/pwgen_2.06-1ubuntu2/changelog
