Thanks. I'm using an SSD already, so I don't think I'd gain much from 
using a RAM disk (though RAM is technically faster than an SSD, the 
overhead of emulating a disk probably cancels that out).

Linux is pretty good at using any available RAM for disk cache, so I'm 
not sure if a RAM disk would help you out or not.

Thanks for the info, it's good to know I can beef up the RAM should I 
decide to load more tasks onto the F/E.
