I saw the yuv/limited rgb in a changelog for an early 260 driver but don't remember which one, I got it when upgrading from 256.xx to 260.19.09 now on 260.19.21, I saw no black level change going from 256 to 260 drivers and also no change going from 0.23.1 to 0.24 although I was already on yuv in nvidia control panel by then.

It's set in nvidia-settings the nvidia control panel, doesn't seem to be stored in xorg.conf anywhere, does minimyth package nividia-settings?
