[mythtv-users] no sound mythmusic spdif

Hi All

Been a while since I tried but I noticed mythmusic is not outputting any sound.
I am using Avenards latest (bleeding testing) with mythbuntu .24 10.04
Using the spdif out.  Videos and Tv work fine.  I get 5.1 surround as I should.

this is from the frontend error log.

I should note that the music time counter skips every second. 1 3 5.
It also appears to be lagging in response.
Please let me know what other info I can provide.
