I can see that these are resulting from the pixmap gets such as:
/mythweb/tv/get_pixmap/mythback/1021/1287792000/100/56/-1/1021_20101022200000.mpg.100x56x-1.png

It seems like this must be related to this:

http://svn.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/8118

...however that was closed long before the rev I'm running.

By the way, I have only one storage group (Default).
