That's petty much exactly the same setup as here then.

I built this frontend with 0.23-fixes, then ran trunk for a while, now I'm
sticking at 0.24-fixes and I've never seen any slowing down.

Is your system maybe leaking memory? When it does right slow down can you
see any difference in available memory from just after a restart?

Time to reach for that keyboard .. unless you have SSH or VNC access :)
