[mythtv-users] OT: Mini-ITX Zotac Ion board with Flex ATX PSU no go?

anyone know of incompatibilities between a Mini ITX board (ZOTAC
IONITX-B-E) and a ATX Flex PSU? I have both the board and the case
that I now want to pair together. The Mini ITX board works fine with a
standard ATX PSU and the ATX Flex PSU works fine with another standard
ATX motherboard, but when I connect the two together the system won't
power up (the PSU stays off).

Anyone have any ideas as to what the issue could be?
