[mythtv-users] Missing Recordings?

I've been recordings in the "watch recordings" list that have no mpg  
file associated with them. I don't see any errors in the log on the  
backend that show what actually went wrong. I'm running against a  
HDHomerun (and trunk mythtv).

The log shows

This only happens occasionally, but it frustrating not knowing why the  
recording failed.
