Ok... more testing and I still cannot get the sounds on my 5.1 channel AAC
files to come out the correct speaker.

I downloaded a 5.1 channel speaker test, and futzed with every setting
imaginable and either got no sound or the incorrectly mapped sounds.

All of my non-5.1 non-acc sources play great, with sound right where I would
expect it to be. All of it is upmixed or passthrough though. Only these
5.1 channel AAC's are giving me trouble. The sound is there, and seems to
sound OK (not fast, slow, or static)... but all of it is on the wrong
channels.

Does anyone have any ideas where I should look next? Or at least set me on
the right path... how are the 5.1 channels of AAC audio being sent to my
DD/DTS reciever across a standard coax digital connection... I assume there
is some realtime DD encoding going on... is that configurable?
