I haven't checked the package names for debian - but these are on ubuntu:

libvdpau1
0.3-2~ppa1                                 Video Decode and Presentation API
for Unix
nvidia-185-libvdpau
185.18.36-0ubuntu9                         Video Decode and Presentation API
for Unix

Try looking for libvdpau1
