Fair enough for a GTX260.

The GTX260 is a very very different card to a GT220, Nvidia have been very confusing with their model numbering!
The G210, GT220 & GT240 are 40nm vp4 based, latest greatest video processing, only mediocre 3D capability but very low heat, low power, great for things like MythTV.
The GTX260, 275 & 285 are a 65nm  older generation video processor but proper fire breathing 3D cards, needing 500W++ power supplies, external power cables, the whole 9 yards.

Then there's the GTS250 which is just a marketing rename of the 9800GTX+
