The commercial flagger produces a skiplist.  This is a list of predicted 
commercial starts and ends, that the frontend can optionally follow, 
depending on settings you have set.  When you go into edit mode ('e') 
and load the skiplist ('z'), you produce a cutlist.  The cutlist is 
subsequently used by the transcoder to clip out sections of video, and 
is followed explicitly by the frontend.  There is no option to disable 
it and watch the cut sections of video.
