For those needing it, it looks like a fix has been put in for analog
channel scanning:

Mythbuntu 10.04 (and Ubuntu 10.04 mythtv packages in general) are
scheduled to ship with MythTV 0.23, which should include this fix.
Since it just went in, it is not in the repo's yet, and is therefore
not on the 10.04 alpha disk.  It will appear in the repo's when the
first 10.04 beta build appears on March 18th.  It will likely appear
sooner in the auto-builds, as soon as some unrelated build kinks are
ironed out.
