[mythtv-users] MythTV audio re-write

I continue to experience occasional problems (about once a month) where 
a damaged stream will introduce A/V sync issues for the remainder of the 
recording. The affected recording will either have no audio at all 
(pre-r23562), or lag by as much as 6-7 seconds with much jerkiness 
(since r23562).

The most recent case of this happened during the first night of the 
Olympics, causing my WAF to take a sharp nosedive.
