I HDHR and HDPVR content on powerline adapters for the longest time, I
think they were rated to 120mb/s but the Linksys app measured them at
60 some.  Your quality with them will depend on the wiring in your
house, but as long as you have a somewhat new house it shouldn't be an
issue.

With that said, I recently replaced mine and ran a wire.  They weren't
strong enough for 1080p content.  I ended up running a wire tucked
under my baseboards and then into a return duct, you can't even tell
its there.
