ION? Looks like a 9400m. I think that can do VDPAU, but I'm not sure. 
Certainly you'd have to add RAM to the 1GB, true of a Revo as well.

Sure looks like a Pundit case to me, nothing wrong with that.

I question any WiFi being "Recommended for Video Streaming".
