[mythtv-users] replace SD recordings?

I just got my HD cable box setup last week.

Of course, I have many SD recordings still on my hard drive.

I was wondering if it would be possible to fashion a recording rule that
would replace any SD recordings I currently have with HD ones?  I'm not
interested in rerecording anything I've already deleted, but only what's
still on my hard drive.
