Mythbuntu packages have a patch that completely removed the ability to
run user scripts for halt or reboot script, just for the sake of
getting Qtdbus working
I didn't like this solution at all, so I kept the original code untouched.

The new default in mythtv is not to have user scripts defined, but
this wasn't the case earlier.

So if you are upgrading from a previous version of mythtv, you'll have
to manually clear those settings.
