Similar experience here. I've had this in the past and then everything would be
fine. I got on to it quick this time and found that the third tuner card
wasn't working in liveTV, it couldn't get past the 'L' of 'LMS' and
was showing a low signal strength.
Turns out the 4 or 5" antennae loop cable from the second tuner card was
dodgy and 'cos it was raining/wet the signal was down as well, the combination
was what did it.

I've since changed from a daisy-chain set-up with regards the antennae
i.e. aerial into tuner1 then tuner2 then tuner 3
to a 3-way splitter i.e aerial to three way splitter to tuners 1,2 and 3 in //el
Signal strength is down for the first and second tuners and up on the third.
I've line of sight to the main transmitter for the south of the state (Tasmania)
so I've a few dB loss to play with (normally).

Interestingly the S/N has improved across all three tuners.

Cheers
Carl.
