And because when you enable AC3 passthrough it pretty much breaks
playback (see http://svn.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/5552).
It's a shame--my Mac mini frontend would stay in OS X full-time if not
for this annoying bug. I wish I knew enough to work on a fix.
