I guess that really messes up people with BBC HD, as that channel has
programs that are simulcast on various other BBC channels. So there will
always be a SD duplicate broadcast at exactly the same time, but BBC HD
isn't a HD version of any other single channel, so there is no opportunity
to hide the SD versions.
