[mythtv-users] Dish Network and HD-PVR

Anyone using Dish Network HD with the HD-PVR successfully?   If so, I'd like to hear about your configuration:
Dish receiver
HD-PVR setup (which inputs, firmware)
Linux distro and version
And certainly anything special to make it work.

I have A/V sync problems with my setup that I believe is unique to the dish receiver and/or the firmware of my HD-PVR.
