You definitely don't have "equal corruption", so it's probably just 
individual records that are corrupt.  The fasted and easiest way to tell 
you how to fix it is for you to provide (off list--send directly to me) 
a link to your (ideally the 1214) database backup (from before the first 
upgrade attempt).
