You have the wrong grabber script selected.  Allocine is for Europe
(hence the crazy language).  You need to run the tmdb.py script from a
bash shell so you can see the whole error message.  The command you
want will be something like:

/usr/share/mythtv/metadata/Movie/tmdb.py -v
or
/usr/local/share/mythtv/metadata/Movie/tmdb.py -v

Fix the error and select the correct grabber script and you should be
good to go.
