By which, I'm assuming--based on your dilemma--you mean SVN trunk 
r25100.  (I.e. 0.23-fixes is also SVN and has an r25100.)

It got moved as shown in the commits list, that you and I and everyone 
else running trunk reads so we don't get 24775 questions about the 
in-progress changes.  :)
